01.11.04 Rough Justice, as far as retesting the black bin liner for fingerprints is concerned, the CPS have informed us that only photographs of the prints are available for our tests. Therefore, where is the black bin liner?
From the above you can see from the stance of the CPS & Police has gone from agreeing to allow us access, to finally losing the bag after they conducted their investigation. Their results have obviously proved that Kevin’s print was fabricated onto the bag. Kevin argued from the very outset that two retired police officers should not have been allowed to carry out the examination. Kevin said "Who is answerable if anything happens to the bag and it goes missing." Which it now has and no explanation has been given, or anyone held accountable.
If the police had nothing to worry about why had there been so much security over releasing the bag to Rough Justice, and why did they feel the need to conduct their own examination before handing the bag over? Our suspicion over the fabricated print onto the bag has been substantiated now the police have conveniently lost the bag.
