Presumed Guilty
- There was no evidence to place Kevin at the scene of the shooting. The murder weapon was never recovered.
- There is now a substantial amount of evidence to suggest a number of other prime suspects and other possibilities should have been placed before a jury for them to consider rendering Kevin’s conviction unsafe.
